ROLE OVERVIEW:

n

As a DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, automating, securing, and optimizing cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines across Azure and AWS environments. You will collaborate closely with Development, QA, and Product teams to improve deployment efficiency, system reliability, and operational excellence.

KEY RESPONSILIBILITIES:

n

n
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure across Azure and AWS.
n
- Build, optimize, and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub, and related tools.
n
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using scripting and Infrastructure-as-Code practices.
n
- Partner with Engineering and QA teams to streamline software delivery and release processes.
n
- Monitor system health, application performance, logs, and cloud resources.
n
- Implement and maintain cloud security, access controls, backup, and disaster recovery strategies.
n
- Manage virtual machines, networking, storage, and cloud-native services.
n
- Perform root cause analysis and resolve infrastructure and deployment issues.
n
- Support high-availability architectures, capacity planning,



and load balancing initiatives.
n
- Drive continuous improvement through automation, observability, and operational best practices.
n

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

n

n
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
n
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Systems Administration.
n
- Strong experience with Azure and AWS cloud platforms.
n
- Hands-on expertise in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar.
n
- Experience with source control systems including Git.
n
- Working knowledge of C#, SQL, and application deployment workflows.
n
- Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware, Azure Virtual Machines, and AWS EC2.
n
- Strong understanding of cloud networking, security, monitoring, and logging.
n
- Proficiency in PowerShell and/or other automation scripting languages.
n
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
n
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
n

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

n

n
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.
n
- Exposure to containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
n
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Agile delivery methodologies.
n
- Knowledge of Site Recovery, Disaster Recovery, and Business Continuity planning.
n
- Cloud certifications in Azure and/or AWS are highly desirable.
n
