Diagnose and repair Desktop & Laptop hardware issues.
Install, configure and troubleshoot Windows OS, drivers and software.
Handle RAM, SSD/HDD, motherboard, SMPS, processor and other hardware replacement/installation.
Perform onsite troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
Install and configure printers, scanners and other IT peripherals.
Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi and basic networking issues.
Attend customer service calls and provide skilled technical support.
Prepare service reports and update job status after completing each visit.

Required Skills
Good knowledge of computer hardware and troubleshooting.
Experience in Desktop & Laptop repair.
Basic knowledge of Networking and Windows installation.
Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
Ability to travel for onsite field service.
Freshers with relevant technical knowledge may also apply.

Qualification ITI / Diploma / Hardware & Networking / Computer-related certification preferred.

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per year
