Customer Care Executive (CCE)

to join its Customer Support / Operations team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, managing calls and follow-ups, maintaining customer records, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Understand customer queries, concerns, and requirements.
Provide accurate and timely information to customers.
Resolve customer complaints and service-related issues effectively.
Maintain and update accurate customer records and information in the system.
Conduct regular follow-ups with customers as required.
Coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution of customer issues.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Maintain daily call reports, follow-up details, and work records.
Handle customer interactions with patience, professionalism, and a customer-centric approach.
Follow company processes, guidelines, and service standards.





Required Skills

Valuable calling and follow-up abilities.
Basic computer knowledge and data-entry skills.
Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve problems effectively.
Good listening and understanding skills.
Prior experience in BPO, customer support, calling, or customer service is preferred.

Qualification
Graduate in any discipline.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service, Calling, BPO, or Customer Support.
