Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally.
Respond to customer queries regarding matrimonial profiles, memberships, packages, and services.
Assist customers with profile creation, profile updates, photo uploads, and account-related issues.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable guidance on matrimonial services.
Follow up with customers regarding membership renewals, service requests, and pending requirements.
Explain membership plans, features, offers, and terms clearly to customers.
Maintain positive relationships with customers and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Coordinate with internal teams such as Sales, Operations, and Technical Support when required.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and service requests.
Conduct regular follow-ups with registered members to improve engagement and service usage.
Protect customer confidentiality and handle personal information responsibly.
Meet assigned customer service, follow-up, and performance targets.
