Prepare and cook food according to the assigned section and company standards.
Handle South Indian, Chinese, North Indian, and Continental food preparation as per the position.
Maintain food quality, taste, presentation, and consistency.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
Assist senior chefs in daily kitchen operations.
Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of kitchen workstations.
Properly handle and store food ingredients and kitchen equipment.
Support smooth and productive food service operations.

Open Positions CDP / DCDP:
Prepare and supervise food preparation in the assigned section.
Cuisine options include
South Indian
Chinese
North Indian
Continental
Maintain food quality and presentation standards.
Guide and supervise junior kitchen staff.

Commi I – Cook




Prepare food items according to recipes and kitchen standards.
Handle assigned kitchen sections independently.
Maintain proper food quality, taste, and presentation.
Support senior chefs during daily operations.

Commi II – Cook
Assist in preparing South Indian, Chinese, North Indian, and Continental dishes.
Follow recipes, portion standards, and instructions.
Maintain workstation cleanliness and hygiene.
Support Commi I and senior chefs.

Commi III – Kitchen Assistant / Helper
Assist with basic food preparation and kitchen activities.
Clean and arrange ingredients, utensils, and equipment.
Support chefs and cooks during food preparation.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.

Stewards / Utility Workers
Assist with food service and general restaurant operations.
Maintain cleanliness of service and work areas.
Wash and clean utensils and kitchen equipment as required.
Support kitchen and service teams with daily activities.
Follow hygiene and safety standards.
