Role & responsibilities
Initiate outbound calls to potential customers to promote our financial products and services.
Understand and effectively communicate the features and benefits of our products to potential customers.
Follow a script to ensure the delivery of consistent messaging and accurate information about our offerings.
Provide information about pricing, advantages, and any special deals or promotions to customers.
Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service in every interaction.
Achieve and consistently exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
Keep abreast of industry trends, competition, and current prospects to effectively contribute to the development of sales strategies.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience and provide insights for improving customer engagement.
