Position: Online Customer Service Executive

Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and orders.
Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly.
Process orders, returns, and refunds as per company policies.
Maintain customer records and update information in the system.
Coordinate with sales and warehouse teams to ensure smooth service.
Follow up with customers regarding their queries and feedback.

Requirements:
Good communication skills in English, Hindi And Malayalam
Basic computer knowledge and internet skills.
Ability to handle customers politely and professionally.
Solid problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
Previous customer service experience is an advantage.

Salary: As per company standards.
