Key Responsibilities:
Drive training and capability development across the Banca channel.
Conduct product, sales process, and skill-based training for teams.
Identify training needs and create effective learning interventions.
Improve sales productivity and overall team performance.
Partner with Branch Managers and key stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
Track training effectiveness and provide regular performance feedback.
Requirements:
Experience in Banca/Insurance training preferred.
Robust communication and presentation skills.
Valuable understanding of sales training and team development.
Solid stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
