Looking for a highly motivated and experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) with expertise in transmission systems and vehicle integration design and development. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and be a visionary leader with a passion for innovation.

Responsibilities:
Lead the development and implementation of our transmission systems and vehicle integration solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful integration of electric vehicle components.
Manage the product development process from ideation to launch, including prototyping, testing, and refinement.
Develop and manage budgets, timelines, and resources.
Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and advancements in EV technology.

Qualifications:
B Tech or MTech in Electronics, Computer Science, or a related field.
At least 10 years of experience in the transmission systems and behicle integration design and development.
Proven track record of successfully delivering innovative and high-quality products in the EV industry.
Knowledge of electric vehicle integration is a plus.
Robust technical skills,



with the ability to understand and communicate complex engineering concepts.
Excellent leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Deep understanding of product development processes, including design thinking, prototyping, testing, and launch.
Solid project management skills, with the ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
