Job Summary

Aminia Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a customer-focused and energetic Customer Service Representative to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with orders and queries, and supporting sales targets through excellent communication and service.

The ideal candidate should have valuable communication skills in English, Bengali, and Hindi, along with basic knowledge of Mughlai cuisine and customer handling.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer calls professionally and courteously
Make outbound calls for customer support, follow-ups, and promotions
Assist customers with menu details, order placement, and service-related queries
Achieve assigned daily and monthly performance targets
Maintain proper call records and customer information




Provide accurate information about Mughlai food items and restaurant offerings
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer experience
Resolve customer concerns in a timely and qualified manner

Requirements
Good communication skills in English, Bengali, and Hindi
Smart, confident, and customer-oriented personality
Basic knowledge of Mughlai cuisine and food service industry preferred
Ability to work in a target-oriented setting
Basic computer knowledge and calling experience preferred
Positive attitude and teamwork skills

Experience
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
Experience in customer service, telecalling, or hospitality will be an advantage
