About the Role

Jaipur Watch Company is looking for a confident, well-spoken and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to join our team.

The candidate will be responsible for direct calling, customer follow-ups, relationship management, lead conversion, and maintaining robust customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Make direct outbound calls to existing and prospective customers.
Follow up with customers through calls and WhatsApp regarding enquiries, products and purchases.
Handle customer queries and provide accurate information about products, offers and services.
Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and ensure timely conversion.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Maintain customer databases and update call/follow-up records.
Coordinate with the sales team for customer requirements and order-related queries.
Invite and engage customers for new launches, events, offers and special collections.
Ensure a qualified and positive customer experience.
Achieve assigned calling,



follow-up and conversion targets.

Candidate Requirements
Excellent communication skills.
Pleasant personality and confident approach while speaking with customers.
Valuable Hindi and English communication skills.
Prior experience in telecalling, customer relationship management, retail, luxury retail, hospitality or sales will be preferred.
Comfortable making a high volume of customer calls and follow-ups.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Excel/CRM/WhatsApp.
Strong follow-up and convincing skills.
Customer-oriented attitude with a professional approach.
