Key Responsibilities
Handle outbound calls for Australian customers.
Generate and qualify leads based on customer requirements.
Communicate professionally with international customers.
Understand customer needs and provide relevant information.
Maintain accurate lead and customer records.
Follow up with prospective customers as required.
Achieve assigned lead generation and performance targets.
Maintain high-quality communication and customer interaction standards.
Eligibility
Undergraduate / Graduate candidates can apply.
Minimum 6 months of experience in an international outbound process is mandatory.
Excellent English communication skills.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
