Roles & Responsibilities
Handle customer calls, chats, and queries.
Understand customer concerns and provide suitable solutions.
Resolve complaints professionally and on time.
Provide accurate information about products and services.
Follow up with customers when required.
Maintain customer details and interaction records.
Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.
Build positive customer relationships.
Meet assigned performance and incentive goals.

Candidate Requirements
Minimum 12th Pass.
Freshers are welcome.
Valuable communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Valuable listening and problem-solving skills.




Confident and customer-friendly personality.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
