About the Opportunity

We are hiring for a President-level leadership role with a high-growth, institutionally backed B2B business operating in a large and fragmented market. The company focused on B2B industrials, trading, manufacturing, and commodities.

The business has established a strong market position and is entering its next phase of scale, professionalization and institutional growth.

The President will take end-to-end ownership of the company's core operating engine, working closely with the Founder and Board.

n

This is a high-impact opportunity for an experienced operator who has successfully managed a sizeable, complex and working-capital-intensive business.

Key Responsibilities

Business & P&L;

n

n
- Own the overall business P&L; and deliver revenue, profitability and growth objectives.
n
- Drive commercial performance while balancing volume, margins and capital efficiency.
n
- Establish a rigorous operating cadence around business performance and decision-making.
n

n

Operations

n

n
- Lead end-to-end operating execution across the business.
n
- Build scalable systems, processes, SOPs and performance dashboards.
n
- Improve coordination across commercial, operations, finance and support functions.
n
- Drive greater predictability and accountability as the organisation scales.
n

n

Finance & Capital

n

n
- Partner closely with the finance leadership team on working capital and cash-flow management.
n
- Strengthen credit, receivables, inventory and funding processes.
n
- Work with lenders and financial stakeholders to support the next phase of growth.
n




- Ensure growth is achieved without compromising business economics or capital efficiency.

People & Organisation

- Lead and develop an experienced senior leadership team.
n
- Establish clear accountability, performance management and organisational structures.
n
- Build a strong leadership bench for the next phase of the company.

- Create a high-performance operating culture while retaining a collaborative, low-ego workplace.

Strategy & Leadership

- Work closely with the Founder and Board on the company's operating plan and strategic priorities.
n
- Translate strategy into measurable execution.
n
- Represent the business with investors, lenders and other key stakeholders.
n
- Prepare the organisation for the transition to the next stage of institutional growth.

What We're Looking For

n

n
- 15+ years of professional experience, with significant experience in a senior P&L; leadership role.
n
- Track record of running a large, high-volume and working-capital-intensive business.
n
- Experience across B2B, industrial, distribution, trading, commodities, manufacturing or adjacent sectors.
n
- Strong understanding of working capital, credit, inventory, receivables and capital efficiency.
n
- Demonstrated breadth across business, finance, operations and people leadership.
n
- Strong operating discipline with experience building systems, processes and performance mechanisms.
n
- Experience working with founders, boards, investors and/or lenders.
n
- Ability to lead and develop an existing senior leadership team.
n
- High ownership, strong commercial judgement and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
