Job Description
We are looking for a ServiceNow HRSD Developer & Incident Management Specialist with strong experience in ServiceNow development, HR Service Delivery (HRSD), workflow automation, and production support .

Key Responsibilities
Manage and resolve day-to-day incidents, service requests, and tickets raised through the ServiceNow platform.
Provide L2 support, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and issue resolution.
Design, develop, and enhance ServiceNow HRSD solutions and employee lifecycle workflows.
Build and maintain custom applications, workflows, business rules, client scripts, script includes, UI policies, service catalog items, and Service Portal components.
Automate HR and business processes through ServiceNow workflow development.




Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions.
Support integrations, enhancements, and ongoing platform improvements.

Mandatory Skills
4 to 15 years of overall experience with strong hands-on ServiceNow expertise.
Proven experience in ServiceNow HRSD (HR Service Delivery) .
Strong ServiceNow development experience including workflow customization and automation.
Experience developing custom applications on the ServiceNow platform.
Hands-on experience with HR Case Management, Employee Service Center, employee lifecycle processes, or HR workflow automation.
Experience handling incidents, service requests, and production support activities.
Valuable understanding of ITSM processes.
Strong scripting and configuration knowledge within ServiceNow.
