About Position:

We are looking for a skilled Python Developer with 5+ years of experience and strong exposure to Artificial Intelligence (AI), Generative AI, and Large Language Models (LLMs). The ideal candidate should have expertise in developing scalable backend applications, building AI-powered solutions, and integrating GenAI services into enterprise applications.

What You'll Do:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Python.
Develop backend services, APIs, and microservices for enterprise applications.
Build and integrate AI/ML and Generative AI solutions into business applications.
Work with Large Language Models (LLMs) such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Gemini, or Anthropic Claude.
Develop AI-powered applications using Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, and prompt engineering techniques.
Collaborate with Data Scientists, Product Owners, and Engineering teams to deliver AI-driven solutions.
Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability.
Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and Agile ceremonies.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues while ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.

Expertise You'll Bring:

5+ years of hands-on experience in Python Development.
Strong proficiency in:
Python 3.x
FastAPI / Flask / Django
RESTful APIs and Microservices
SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases




Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
Data Structures and Algorithms
Git, CI/CD, and DevOps practices
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Strong understanding of software engineering principles and design patterns.
Hands-on experience with Generative AI and LLM-based applications.
Experience working with:
OpenAI / Azure OpenAI
LangChain / LangGraph
Vector Databases (FAISS, Pinecone, ChromaDB, Weaviate)
Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
Prompt Engineering
AI Agents / Agentic AI Frameworks
Understanding of NLP concepts and AI application development.
Experience integrating AI services through APIs.
Exposure to Machine Learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
Knowledge of Kafka or event-driven architectures.
Familiarity with MLOps practices and model deployment.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
