About the role

Expert Resourcing is hiring an Injection Moulding Production Trainee to support high-volume manufacturing, maintain secure process parameters and help improve output, cycle time and scrap performance.

What you will do
Adjust injection-moulding parameters including pressure, temperature and speed to maintain consistent part quality.
Support mould changeovers using SMED techniques to reduce setup time.
Lead and audit 5S and safety practices on the shop floor.
Monitor hourly production against shift targets and escalate deviations.
Help improve cycle-time adherence and reduce scrap across production lots.

You may be a valuable fit if you
Hold any diploma; an engineering degree is preferred.
Have 1 year of relevant experience.
Understand plastic resin properties, including PP, ABS and PA66.
Can identify and address moulding defects such as flash, short shots and silver marks.
Have exposure to hopper dryers, dehumidifiers, mould-temperature controllers and granulators.
