Learn to run stable injection-moulding processes while improving output, quality and changeover discipline.

About the role

Build practical experience on an injection-moulding production floor. You will help maintain secure process settings, meet production targets and solve common moulding defects under supervision.

What you will do
Monitor injection-moulding parameters and approved process settings.
Support start-up, shutdown and mould-change activities.
Help improve changeover time using Single-Minute Exchange of Die (SMED) methods.
Check production output against the shift plan.
Identify and report common defects in PP, ABS and PA66 parts.
Support correction of short moulding, flash, sink marks and warpage.
Work safely with dryers, mould-temperature controllers and granulators.
Maintain 5S,



production records and shop-floor discipline.
Coordinate with quality, maintenance and tool-room teams when needed.

You may be a good fit if you
Hold a diploma in engineering; an engineering degree is preferred.
Have about one year of relevant moulding or production experience.
Understand basic injection-moulding processes and defects.
Are comfortable working on a production floor and in shifts.
Follow process, quality and safety instructions carefully.
