About the role

Expert Resourcing is hiring a Recent Product Development Trainee to support APQP activities and help move injection-moulded components from design review through validation and mass production for automotive and white-goods applications.

What you will do
Validate process windows during mould trials and document approved “Golden Settings”.
Prepare technical feasibility inputs for current component geometries and identify moulding risks early.
Coordinate sample-submission timelines, trial schedules and launch milestones.
Act as a technical link between customer design requirements and manufacturing capabilities.
Support on-time sample submissions and first-time-right performance in mould trials.





You may be a good fit if you
Hold any diploma; an engineering degree is preferred.
Have 1 year of relevant experience.
Can read blueprints and understand GD&T.;
Have a basic understanding of mould-flow analysis.
Have exposure to CAD viewers, tonnage calculators and precision weighing scales.
