Job Title: Electrical Engineer – Rubber Industry

Location: Abu road , Rajasthan

Job Type: Full-time

Job Role & Responsibilities
Maintain, troubleshoot and repair electrical systems of rubber processing machines (mixers, extruders, mills, reclaim units etc.).
Ensure proper alignment, wiring and functioning of motors, drives and control panels.
Monitor and reduce power consumption by identifying wastage and improving efficiency.
Support preventive maintenance schedules for electrical equipment and ensure safety compliance.
Assist in machine realignment projects and plant layout improvements.
Prepare reports on breakdowns, energy usage, and corrective actions.
Collaborate with mechanical and production teams to minimize downtime and improve productivity.

Key Requirements




Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering.
2–5 years of experience in manufacturing/industrial plants .
Solid knowledge of motors, PLCs, drives, and industrial wiring.
Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams.
Hands-on experience with preventive and corrective maintenance.
Valuable communication and teamwork skills.
