About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Electrical & Maintenance Person to handle electrical maintenance, machinery troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and day-to-day maintenance activities at our Bagru plant.

Key Responsibilities
Handle electrical maintenance of plant machinery, equipment, panels, motors and utilities.
Perform preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance.
Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults and machine breakdowns.
Maintain electrical panels, wiring, switches, motors, drives and control systems.
Ensure smooth operation of production machinery and minimize downtime.
Conduct regular inspection of electrical equipment and identify potential issues.
Maintain maintenance records, breakdown reports and preventive maintenance schedules.
Manage electrical spare parts and coordinate requirements with the concerned team.
Ensure compliance with electrical safety procedures and workplace safety standards.




Coordinate with production and other departments for timely maintenance and repairs.
Support installation, testing and commissioning of current electrical equipment
ITI / Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or related field.
3–8 years of relevant industrial electrical maintenance experience preferred.
Robust knowledge of electrical troubleshooting and industrial machinery.
Ability to read electrical drawings and understand control panels.
Good problem-solving and maintenance skills.
Candidates with manufacturing/PEB/industrial plant expert.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
