Job Title: E-commerce Operations Executive

Japyara is looking for a hands-on E-commerce Operations Executive to manage the day-to-day operations of our Shopify store.

Key Responsibilities
Create and update product catalogues on Shopify
Upload, resize and regularly update product images
Add and update product descriptions, prices, variants and inventory
Manage orders, returns, cancellations and fulfilment status
Coordinate with logistics, warehouse and customer-support teams
Create discount codes and update website banners and collections
Identify website or application issues and coordinate with developers for resolution
Provide basic technical and operational support
Maintain accurate product, order and inventory reports
Ensure the website remains updated and error-free





Required Skills
Hands-on experience managing a Shopify store
Robust knowledge of product listing and catalogue management
Basic image-editing skills using Canva or similar tools
Understanding of order processing, inventory and fulfilment
Ability to troubleshoot basic website and application issues
Working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
Robust attention to detail and ability to work independently

Experience: 1–3 years in e-commerce or Shopify operations
