Job description – Structural Designer

- Produce 3D models consistent with instruction, industry guidelines, and KP&J; A&E; standards and practices.
n
- Clearly annotate, dimension, and detail 2D production drawings in conformance to KP&J; standards and practices.
n
- Manage the BIM workflow including folder organization, sheet sets, geo-location, plots, conversions, and transmittals.
n
- Maintain structural BIM / CAD files for use in the structural design drawings (clean-up, audit, reference, troubleshooting).
n
- Interface with engineers and clients to coordinate BIM modelling content and approaches, model exchanges, quality control, and delivery.
n
- Use tools such as Navisworks for project collaboration across multiple disciplines.
n
- Prepare and review project deliverables for client submissions.
n
- Create 3D views or renderings on an as-needed basis for marketing or project use.
n

Qualifications:

n

n




- 2 to 3 years of experience in preparing structural construction documents using Revit/BIM project delivery.
n
- Up-to-date knowledge and expertise with Revit software
n
- Up-to-date knowledge and expertise with AutoCAD software
n
- Strong understanding of how a building comes together
n
- Ability to think in 3-D
n
- Ability to draw sections and details with minimal input from the engineer
n
- Proficiency with written and verbal communication skills
n
- The ideal candidate will enjoy being part of a team

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 per month Onwards

- Only Bachelors in Civil (Mandatory)
