Job Summary : We are looking for a reliable and motivated Electrical Supervisor (Trainee) to support the electrical maintenance and daily operations at our Rice Bran - Oil Extraction Plant. Working under the direction of the Electrical Supervisor, you will assist in routine inspections, equipment maintenance, and troubleshooting to ensure continuous, protected plant operations.

Key Responsibilities :
Assist senior electricians and supervisors with preventive and routine maintenance of motors, MCC panels, transformers, VFDs, and lighting systems.
Perform basic troubleshooting and repair of electrical wiring, switches, sockets, and fixtures.
Help monitor electrical panels and report unusual noise, overheating,



or equipment faults immediately.
Follow strict safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures and wearing proper PPE.
Maintain clean, organized work areas and ensure tools and spare parts are properly stored.
Support the team during emergency breakdown repairs and shift operations.
