Key Responsibilities
Carry out preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of electrical equipment.
Troubleshoot electrical faults in CNC machines, VMCs, PLCs, motors, control panels, sensors, and drives.
Install, repair, and maintain electrical wiring, switchgear, MCC panels, and lighting systems.
Diagnose electrical issues using multimeters, clamp meters, and insulation testers.
Read and interpret electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and control circuits.
Perform routine inspection of electrical equipment to prevent failures.
Ensure proper functioning of VFDs, PLCs, HMI, sensors, contactors, relays, and motors.
Follow Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), electrical safety procedures, and statutory compliance.
Educational Qualification
ITI Electrician / Diploma in Electrical Engineering
Preferred Candidate
Knowledge of PLC troubleshooting
Willing to work in three rotational shifts.
