"1. Follow up, evaluate and work on the approval of PPAP from external and internal suppliers
Identify, investigate, and Resolve Supplier Technical and/or System issues related to product or process realization to have effective closures.
Perform supplier capability assessments (process, quality system, technical competence)
Evaluate and qualify electrical/electronic suppliers (wiring harnesses, PCBs, ECUs, sensors, motors, coils, connectors, relays, etc.)
Drive supplier development plans to close gaps in quality, process, and technology
Support recent supplier onboarding and localization initiatives
Lead PPAP / APQP, Control Plans PFMEA, Process audits
Ensure compliance with applicable standards: IEC, UL, ISO, SAE, IPC
Validate supplier manufacturing processes for electrical products"

Qualifications

BE in (Mechanical / Production / Aeronautical / Industrial Engineering

"1.Minimum 6~10 years of experience in, Manufacturing / or Process Engineering and Supplier Development and Quality

Experience in working with global customers suppliers."
