We’re Hiring: Social Media Graphic Designer + Content Creative

We’re looking for a creative thinker who can turn ideas into scroll-stopping content — someone who loves outstanding design, understands social media, and can bring a concept to life from idea → shoot → final post .

What you’ll be doing: n

Design for Social

n

Create engaging posts, carousels, stories, reels, thumbnails and campaign creatives across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook & more.

n

Conceptualise Content

n

Come up with fresh, platform-first ideas for social media campaigns, brand content and creative shoots.

n

Conceptualise & Plan Shoots

n

Develop visual concepts, moodboards, shot ideas and creative directions for photoshoots and video content.

n

Build Brand Stories

n

Translate brand identities and campaign ideas into content that feels distinctive, relevant and visually compelling.

n

Stay Culture-First

n

Keep up with social trends, formats, visual styles, memes and what’s actually getting people to stop scrolling.

n

Collaborate & Create

n

Work closely with the content,



strategy and marketing teams to turn briefs into ideas that people want to see, share and engage with.

n

What we’re looking for: n

✨ Robust sense of design, aesthetics and visual storytelling

n

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite — Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.

n

A strong understanding of social media formats and content trends

n

Ability to think beyond static design and contribute to shoot concepts and visual direction

n

Someone who can take a brief and bring their own creative thinking to it

n

⚡ Comfortable with quick turnarounds and multiple projects

n

A portfolio that shows strong social media work + creative thinking

n

n

Most importantly: We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just ask “What do we need to design?” but thinks “What should we create?”
