Role Summary

We are looking for a senior Engineering Head to lead the technology and engineering function for a digital wallet and blockchain platform. The role will own engineering strategy, architecture, product development, scalability, security, and delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and scale the engineering organization, including senior technical leaders.
Define technology strategy, architecture, engineering roadmap, and best practices.
Build and scale secure, high-availability digital wallet and blockchain platforms.
Drive blockchain, wallet, payments, transaction processing, and financial integrations.
Ensure strong security, reliability, performance, and regulatory compliance.
Partner with Product, Business, Security, Risk, and Compliance leadership.




Drive engineering excellence, DevOps/SRE, automation, and operational reliability.

Ideal Candidate
17+ years of software engineering and technology leadership experience.
Proven experience as Engineering Head / VP Engineering / CTO / equivalent.
Robust background in FinTech, payments, digital wallets, blockchain, digital assets, or banking platforms.
Solid expertise in distributed systems, cloud, microservices, APIs, and high-scale transaction platforms.
Good understanding of blockchain architecture, wallets, smart contracts, security, and key management.
Solid people leadership, architecture, strategic thinking, and execution skills.
