Role & responsibilities
Support PDM/PLM deployment, administration, and integration with customer design workflows and data management strategies.
Work with customers to understand their engineering requirements and customize SolidWorks solutions accordingly.
Provide technical support, training for SolidWorks and SolidWorks PDM/PLM users.
Assist clients with software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting related to SolidWorks and PDM settings.
Collaborate with the sales team for product demonstrations, pre-sales consultations, and customer onboarding.
Deliver post-sales support ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and solution adoption.
Stay updated with the latest SolidWorks and Dassault Systmes technologies and enhancements.
Document technical procedures, create user manuals, and contribute to knowledge base resources.
