Role & responsibilities

Responsible for preparing accurate project estimates, BOQs, cost calculations, and commercial/technical tender proposals for EPC projects. The role involves tender analysis, vendor coordination, rate comparison, and timely submission of competitive bids.

Key Responsibilities:
Study tender documents, BOQ, drawings, specifications, and scope of work.
Prepare detailed estimates, BOQs, material take-offs, and project costing.
Prepare technical and commercial tender proposals as per client requirements.
Obtain and compare quotations from vendors/subcontractors.
Analyse material, labour, equipment, transportation, and installation costs.
Prepare rate analysis, costing sheets, and final bid price.
Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Projects, and Management teams.
Identify deviations, exclusions, risks, and commercial conditions in tenders.




Maintain tender records, quotation databases, and cost data for future bids.
Ensure timely submission of tenders and maintain proper documentation.
Preferred candidate profile
Positive knowledge of EPC projects, estimation, costing, BOQ, and tendering.
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
Ability to read engineering drawings and technical specifications.
Robust analytical, negotiation, and commercial skills.
Positive communication and coordination skills.

Experience: 2 to 5 years in EPC / Electrical / Infrastructure / Substation / Transmission Line projects. Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
