Role & responsibilities
Lead design and development of BLDC/PMSM motor control solutions.
Drive embedded software development and test automation activities.
Manage customer interactions and technical discussions.
Lead engineering teams and Agile project execution.
Work on STM32, XMC, and similar microcontroller platforms.
Support debugging, validation, and performance optimization of motor control systems.
Preferred candidate profile
Communication Protocols: CAN, SPI, UART, I2C
Hardware debugging using Oscilloscope and Logic Analyzer
Schematic Reading and Design Understanding
JIRA and Agile Methodologies
Automotive or Industrial Motor Control Domain Experience
Magtrol experience preferred
