Role &
Responsibilities
Design and development of industrial valves, tube fittings, and related components.
Prepare and review 2D/3D drawings, manufacturing drawings, and BOMs.
Perform design calculations, material selection, tolerance and GD&T; requirements.
Knowledge of corrosion monitoring and corrosion-resistant materials/applications.
Review customer specifications and technical requirements.
Ensure designs comply with applicable API, ASME, ASTM and other relevant standards.
Support API 6D compliance, documentation, and audit requirements.
Coordinate with Production, QC, Purchase, and Sales teams.
Support prototype development, testing, and design improvements.
Resolve technical and manufacturing-related design issues.

Required Skills Must Have
API 6D knowledge is mandatory.




API 6D Audit knowledge and experience is mandatory.
Robust knowledge of Valve &
Fitting design

.
Knowledge of corrosion monitoring and material compatibility.
Experience with AutoCAD / SolidWorks or similar CAD software.
Positive understanding of GD&T;, material specifications, pressure ratings, and design calculations.
Valuable knowledge of relevant API/ASME standards.

Preferred
Experience in Oil &
Gas, Petrochemical, Process, or Valve &
Fittings manufacturing industry

Exposure to API audits, customer audits, and certification requirements.
Mumbai local candidates preferred.
