Requirement
Strong understanding of the ICT distribution ecosystem, including vendors, channel partners, and customers.
Knowledge of key ICT distribution processes such as quotation management, order processing, billing, and inventory management.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in multiple languages will be an added advantage.
Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
Well-established skilled relationships with channel partners and key stakeholders.
Ability to manage and execute business transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
Experience in working closely with vendor representatives and partner teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and ERP platforms like SAP preferred.
Robust analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

Key responsibilities:
Manage quotations, purchase orders, and order processing activities, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.




Coordinate billing, invoicing, and payment follow-ups with partners, customers, and internal teams.
Build and maintain solid relationships with channel partners, customers, and vendor representatives through effective communication.
Prepare and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and business performance trackers for management review.
Monitor inventory, stock availability, and order fulfilment to support smooth business operations.
Execute and manage SAP transactions, ensuring accurate data entry and adherence to business processes.
Utilize CRM tools and MS Office applications to support reporting, analysis, and day-to-day business operations.
