Must have a hands-on, execution-oriented approach with strong business acumen.
Experience in new brand acquisition and onboarding will be preferred.
Valuable understanding of CSR, quality standards, compliance, and ethical sourcing requirements.
Strong team leadership, people management, and execution capabilities.
Preferably 3–4 years of experience with established sourcing organisations.
Robust understanding of sourcing, factory operations, merchandising, and production processes.
Ability to effectively manage relationships with international brands, suppliers, and factories.
Must demonstrate the maturity and leadership required to handle complex business situations
