Position: NetSuite Senior Software Engineer

n

Qualifications: Any Graduation

Experience: 8+ Years

Location: Pune, Maharashtra, India (Hybrid)

n

We are looking for an experienced NetSuite Senior Software Engineer to join a growing team and take ownership of NetSuite ERP administration, customization, integrations, and optimization.

n

Key Responsibilities:

n

n
- Administer and configure NetSuite ERP, including users, roles, permissions, and modules
n
- Develop custom forms, fields, records, workflows, reports, saved searches, and dashboards
n
- Design and develop NetSuite customizations and solutions
n
- Build and support integrations with third-party applications
n
- Handle data migration, system upgrades, and release testing
n
- Manage the complete development lifecycle from requirements gathering through deployment and support
n
- Develop test plans and ensure production readiness
n
- Troubleshoot issues and drive continuous system improvements
n




- Mentor software engineers and conduct code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions
n
- Maintain technical documentation and development best practices
n

n

Required Skills:

n

n
- 8+ years of strong NetSuite experience
n
- Strong expertise in NetSuite configuration, customization, and scripting
n
- Experience with GL, Order to Cash, Inventory, AP, AR, Billing, Purchasing, Revenue Recognition, Asset Management, and OneWorld
n
- Solid knowledge of system integrations and data migration
n
- Experience with Agile methodologies, Jira, and Git
n
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
n

Good to Have:

n

- NetSuite certifications such as Suite Foundation / Administrator
n
- Experience with PLM systems such as Arena
n
- Experience mentoring technical teams
n

n
