Managing the hiring process, interviewing candidates, and placing current employees.
Assisting with employee onboarding and orientation training.
Identifying training needs, coordinating workshops, and supporting professional development.
Support the HR department in implementing programs to help improve the employee experience.
Identify ways to improve policies and procedures.
Reviews, tracks, and documents compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training, continuing education, and work assessments. This may include safety training, anti-harassment training, qualified licensure, and aptitude exams and certifications.
