Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Bancassurance Sales Qualified to drive life insurance business through strategic banking partnerships. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in the Life Insurance industry with extensive exposure to the Bancassurance channel, particularly working with leading private sector banks such as Standard Chartered Bank, Axis Bank, and HDFC Bank.

Key Responsibilities
Drive life insurance sales through assigned banking partner branches.
Develop and maintain robust relationships with bank branch managers, relationship managers, and key stakeholders.
Achieve business targets related to premium collection, policy issuance, and customer acquisition.
Conduct joint sales calls, customer meetings, and product presentations.
Train and motivate bank staff on insurance products, sales processes, and lead generation activities.
Monitor branch performance and implement strategies to improve productivity and revenue.
Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policies.
Prepare and submit periodic sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence updates.




Identify growth opportunities within the assigned banking network and execute business development initiatives.

Candidate Profile
Minimum 5 years of experience in the Life Insurance industry.
Proven experience in the Bancassurance channel is mandatory.
Prior exposure to Standard Chartered Bank, Axis Bank, or HDFC Bank partnerships is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of life insurance products, sales processes, and customer relationship management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required.
