Key Responsibilities*
:Observability monitoring(Grafana, Pithos and splunk dashboard, incident response, log tracing, change mgmt
CI CD deployment, WSS, TURN, ICE/DTLS troubleshooting, codec mgmt
Runbooks, SOPs, cross-team collab, Log analysis.
Maintain high-quality, maintainable code through unit tests, component tests, and E2E tests .
Should able to debug and find RCA
Soft Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Solid team collaboration and ability to work with cross-functional groups (product, design, QA).
Ability to write explicit, maintainable documentation and share knowledge with peers.
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively in quick-paced environments.
