Requirement
Solid understanding of the ICT distribution ecosystem, including vendors, distributors, and channel partners.
Knowledge of key ICT distribution processes such as quotation management, order processing, invoicing, logistics, and collections.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in languages like Marathi, Gujarati, Hindi, and English will be desirable.
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with the ability to build long-term relationships.
Positive understanding of indirect taxation, commercial documentation, and channel partner business processes.
Experience in managing partner portals, transaction workflows, and operational coordination.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and ERP platforms, preferably SAP B1/S4 HANA.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.

Key responsibilities:
Manage the complete sales operations cycle, including quotations, sales orders, purchase orders, invoicing, deliveries, and documentation.




Build and maintain robust relationships with channel partners, vendor representatives, and key customer stakeholders to ensure seamless business transactions.
Ensure timely processing of orders, material movements, partner portal updates, and compliance with defined turnaround times (TAT).
Drive regular follow-ups on payments, PDCs, PODs, TDS certificates, and other commercial documentation to ensure smooth business operations.
Maintain and update partner databases, sales records, and operational reports, providing accurate MIS and business insights.
Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal teams to support commercial discussions, improve transactional efficiency, and business profitability.
Support the sales team in achieving revenue, profitability, and collection targets through effective operational execution and process management.
