CGI is seeking an experienced French Business Analyst with Power BI or HR functional analysis expertise.

The role supports product development and helps resolve performance and technical challenges in an evolving enterprise application.

The position works in a team setting as part of a scaled Agile organization.

Work Arrangement
The role is hybrid.
The listed job locations are Bangalore and Chennai.

Position Requirements
The position requires 7 or more years of experience.
A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.
Very valuable French and English communication and documentation skills are required.
The role requires robust ServiceNow and Jira experience, incident management, and application support experience.
Candidates should be able to coordinate multiple stakeholders and support issue resolution.

Primary Skills
Business requirements analysis and requirements elicitation are required.




The role requires writing user stories and enabler stories and identifying acceptance criteria.
Agile and Protected methodologies are relevant to the role.
French language expertise includes interpreting French and translating between French and English.
Power BI or HR functional analysis experience is part of the role specialization.

Role Responsibilities
Help develop product features envisioned by subject-matter experts based on client needs.
Help solve critical performance and technical challenges in the enterprise application.
Coordinate across stakeholders to obtain desired resolutions.
Work within Agile teams and support requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Provide incident management and application support.

Preferred Domain Experience
Preferred domains include retail ERP, in-store operations, points of sale, logistics flow, pricing, ordering, eCommerce, and supply chain.
