What You'll Do
Identify and pursue new business prospects across target industries (chemical, textile, pharma, automotive, food processing, hospitality)
Understand client water, air, and oil treatment needs and recommend the right CFAU product — from STP/ETP/RO plants to scrubbers, filtration systems, and treatment chemicals
Build and maintain long-term relationships with plant managers, procurement heads, and technical decision-makers
Represent CFAU at client sites, industry events, and trade exhibitions
Coordinate with the internal team on order fulfillment, installation timelines, and after-sales support
Track and report on pipeline, conversions, and territory performance
Travel regularly within the assigned region for client visits and site assessments

What We're Looking For
Minimum 5 years of field sales experience, ideally in industrial equipment, water treatment,



environmental systems, or related B2B capital goods
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering (required) — this technical grounding is essential for understanding client applications and product specifications
MBA is a plus but not mandatory
Solid communication and negotiation skills, comfortable engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders alike
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a full territory
Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and site visits
Valid driver's license.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
