Job Role
Loan Sales Executive
Handle sales activities for Business Loans and other loan products.
Generate and follow up on leads through calls, referrals, and other sources.
Understand customer financial requirements and recommend suitable loan products.
Explain loan features, eligibility criteria, documentation, and applicable terms to customers.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers and work towards converting leads into successful applications.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth loan processing and disbursement.
Maintain accurate customer and lead records.

Key Responsibilities

Loan Sales
Promote and sell Business Loan products.
Generate and qualify potential loan leads.
Explain loan products and eligibility requirements to customers.
Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into applications.
Assist customers with required documentation and loan processing.
Achieve assigned sales and disbursement targets.





Customer Handling
Understand customer requirements and financial profiles.
Maintain qualified communication with prospective and existing customers.
Resolve basic customer queries related to loan products.
Maintain robust customer relationships and ensure timely follow-ups.

Candidate Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in loan sales or a related sales role.
Knowledge of Business Loans is preferred.
12th Pass qualification.
Basic English communication skills.
Valuable communication and convincing skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
Basic understanding of loan sales and financial products.
