Visit doctors regularly to explain Medcross and TB Clinic services.
Generate patient referrals through partnered doctors.
Follow up with doctors regarding referred patients.
Identify and onboard current doctors for collaboration and referrals.
Maintain regular communication with doctors to strengthen long-term relationships.
Maintain daily records and reports of doctor visits and patient referrals.
Manage the assigned territory effectively and identify opportunities to increase patient referrals.
Support the organization in expanding its network of doctors and healthcare partners.

Patient Referrals
Generate patient referrals from partnered doctors.

Work towards increasing the number of regular patient referrals.

Reporting
Maintain daily reports of doctor visits and referrals.
Track follow-ups and collaboration status with doctors.
Share regular updates regarding territory activities and referral performance.

Candidate Requirements
Candidates must have their own two-wheeler.
Candidates from Delhi are preferred/required.
Positive communication and relationship-building skills.
Comfortable with regular field visits and doctor meetings.
Ability to manage an assigned territory independently.
Candidates should be target-oriented and capable of maintaining regular follow-ups.
