Role Description This is a full time, on-site Front Desk role located at Apoorva Diagnostic & Healthcare in Bengaluru. The front desk associate will greet patients and visitors, manage check-in and check-out processes, and guide individuals to the appropriate departments.

Daily tasks include answering phone calls, scheduling and confirming appointments, updating patient details in the system, and coordinating with medical and diagnostic staff for smooth patient flow. The role also involves handling basic queries, directing emergencies to the appropriate personnel, managing front desk records, and maintaining a clean and organized reception area. As a fresher role,



training will be provided, and the associate is expected to follow hospital protocols, maintain confidentiality, and deliver courteous, professional service.

Qualifications
Basic understanding or interest in Medicine and healthcare services, with willingness to learn hospital procedures.
Strong Communication skills, including transparent spoken and written English and local language, with a polite and patient-focused approach.
Ability to assist with simple Research and data collection tasks related to patient information or service feedback, as required.
Openness to Training and continuous learning to understand hospital workflows, front desk systems, and safety protocols.
Awareness of Clinical Trials and other hospital initiatives is an advantage, with readiness to direct related queries to appropriate staff.
Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; a diploma/degree in healthcare, administration, or related fields is an added benefit.
Comfort using computers for appointment scheduling, data entry, and basic office software.
Professional appearance, reliability, and the ability to work in shifts as per hospital operational hours.
