Shiva Naturals is looking for a Field Marketing Executive to promote and expand the distribution of our Freshco Goli Soda products in the local market.

The candidate will be responsible for visiting retailers, generating new business, taking orders, developing new outlets and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.

Key Responsibilities
Visit kirana stores, general stores, beverage shops, restaurants, cafés and other retail outlets on a daily basis.
Introduce and promote Freshco Goli Soda products to retailers.
Generate new retail customers and expand the company's distribution network.
Take orders from existing and new retailers.
Follow up with retailers and ensure repeat orders.
Develop strong relationships with shopkeepers and distributors.
Identify current market opportunities and potential retailers.
Monitor competitor products, pricing and market activities.
Ensure proper product visibility and availability at retail outlets.
Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
Maintain records of market visits, orders and new customers.




Submit regular sales and market reports to management.

Candidate Requirements
Minimum 12th Pass; graduation will be an advantage.
Experience in FMCG, beverage, retail or field sales preferred.
Freshers with positive communication and sales skills may also apply.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Knowledge of the local market will be an advantage.
Must be comfortable with daily field visits.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred/required.
Basic smartphone/WhatsApp skills.

Salary & Incentives ₹10000 – ₹25,000 per month + attractive performance incentives

Salary will depend on experience and skills.

Travel allowance / fuel allowance: As per company policy.
