Job Summary

We are looking for a Field / Plant Operator to support day-to-day plant operations, monitor process parameters, ensure secure and productive production, and maintain compliance with plant safety and operational procedures.

Key Responsibilities
Operate plant equipment and processes as per approved SOPs and production instructions.
Monitor process parameters such as temperature, pressure, flow, level, and batch conditions.
Conduct field rounds and report abnormalities, process deviations, or unsafe conditions.
Support charging, unloading, sampling, filtration, distillation, and other plant operations as required.
Coordinate with DCS/Control Room Operators and maintenance teams for smooth plant operations.
Follow safety procedures, permit-to-work systems, and use required PPE during operations.
Maintain shift logs, batch records, and operational documentation.




Ensure proper housekeeping and compliance with plant safety, quality, and environmental standards.

Qualification
Diploma / B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.

Experience
2–3 years of experience in production plant operations.
Experience in chemical, agrochemical, pharmaceutical, or process industries will be preferred.

Required Skills
Knowledge of plant operations and basic chemical process handling.
Understanding of SOPs, process safety, and permit-to-work systems.
Ability to monitor and accurately record process parameters.
Basic troubleshooting and coordination skills.
Awareness of EHS, housekeeping, quality, and environmental compliance.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
