Customer Support: Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products.
Transport Management: Coordinate with transporters to get the best possible rate fixed for their service.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions.
Communication: Liaise with other departments such as marketing, finance, and logistics to ensure smooth operations.
Payment follow up - Ensure timely follow ups on payments with customers.
Handle and coordinate operational activities for both the Hyderabad and Bangalore locations while being based at the Hyderabad office.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
