Patient Reception & Registration
Welcome patients and visitors courteously.
Register new patients and update existing records.
Verify patient identity and demographic details.
Guide patients to the appropriate department or consultant.

Appointment Management
Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments.
Coordinate with doctors regarding OPD timings and availability.
Maintain daily appointment registers.

Billing & Admissions
Generate OPD/IPD bills and collect payments.
Process admissions, discharges, and room allotments.
Coordinate with insurance/TPA for patient documentation.

Communication
Answer telephone calls, WhatsApp, and email enquiries.
Provide accurate information about hospital services.
Handle patient feedback and escalate complaints when required.

Documentation
Maintain patient files and confidentiality.
Prepare daily reception reports, cash reports, and patient statistics.
Ensure accurate data entry into the Hospital Management System (HMS).

Required Qualifications




Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
1–3 years of experience in a hospital or healthcare reception.
Knowledge of Hospital Management Software (HMS) is an advantage.
Proficiency in English , Kannada , Tamil , Telugu & Hindi

Working Conditions
Rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
