Job Role

Seller Business Development Associate (BDA)
Acquire and onboard property owners onto the NoBroker platform.
Contact sellers through outbound calls and lead follow-ups.
Explain NoBroker products and premium subscription plans.
Verify property details and maintain accurate listings.
Drive premium sales and achieve monthly conversion targets.
Build solid relationships with property owners and provide support.
Maintain CRM records and coordinate with internal teams for onboarding.

Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Excellent communication and sales skills.
Experience in Sales, Banking, Field Sales, or Automobile is an added advantage.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Location: Chrompet, Varthur, Hosa Road, HBR Layout, Horamavu.
Employment Type: Full time.
Working Days: 6 days/week.
Weekly Off: Tuesday.
Interview Mode: Virtual.
