Relationship Manager / Field Sales Executive – Insurance Sales
Meet customers at their preferred locations and understand their insurance requirements.
Recommend suitable insurance products based on customer needs.
Build and maintain robust, long-term customer relationships.
Achieve daily customer meeting and sales targets.
Use company-provided mobile applications for customer updates and reporting.
Travel within the assigned territory to conduct customer meetings.
Follow up with customers and convert leads into successful insurance sales.
Provide professional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, meetings, and sales activities.

Eligibility Criteria
Undergraduate or Graduate candidates can apply.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-oriented approach with a passion for sales.
Comfortable with regular field travel.




Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence is preferred.
Basic knowledge of smartphones and GPS navigation.

Location: Chennai

Working Days: 6 days a week
Weekly Off: One fixed weekday, Monday to Friday
Field Travel: Approximately 50–100 km per day
Daily Target: Minimum 3 successful customer meetings, subject to lead availability
